Everything we make is grown without pesticides or chemicals, pressed without haste, and bottled with the care of people who will eat it themselves.
From Spain, and nowhere else.
Our fruit is grown in Andalusia, Extremadura and the Levante — regions where the sun, the stone and the sea have shaped olive and orchard for centuries. We do not blend across borders. Every bottle carries a single origin.

Cold extraction. Low temperatures. Small batches.
Each harvest is tested in the laboratory before it leaves the mill, and again before it reaches the shelf. We are wholeheartedly responsible for the quality of our products — a sentence we have kept on every page of the house since the beginning.
