London N14

Built on the land, not in a boardroom
We Are Bio is a Spanish organic food company with offices in Madrid and London. We work directly with family producers across three regions of Spain — selecting growers, visiting their land each season, and controlling the supply chain from harvest to shelf.
We are not a trading company and we are not a reseller. Over the years we have built direct partnerships with more than twenty producer families, and we supply buyers in over ten countries. Every product comes from a named producer in a specific region.
The result is a range that wholesale buyers can stand behind — fully certified, fully traceable, and consistent from one shipment to the next. We give you the documentation, the lot numbers and the lab results to verify it yourself.

Single-origin products from three Spanish regions
Our products come from Andalusia, Extremadura and Levante — three regions with distinct soil, climate and agricultural traditions. Our olive oil is Picual from Jaén. Our sauces and preserves use tomatoes and fruit from Extremadura and the Levantine coast.
Single-origin sourcing matters for wholesale buyers because it means consistency. Same terroir, same producer, same quality profile — order after order.

Cold extraction, small batches, full traceability
Our oils are cold-pressed below 27 degrees Celsius to preserve polyphenols, aromatics and nutritional value. Preserves are slow-cooked from organic fruit with organic agave syrup — no refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners. Every batch is lab-tested for acidity, peroxide levels and microbiological safety before release.
For wholesale buyers, this translates into three things: a product that performs on the shelf, a supply chain you can audit, and quality documentation ready for your compliance team.
Certifications you can verify, not just display
Every certification we hold is audited, numbered and issued by a recognised body. Our EU Organic certification is managed by CAAE (Comite Andaluz de Agricultura Ecologica) and covers the full supply chain from field to bottle. See the complete list with certificate numbers, validity dates and verification links.

What wholesale buyers ask us
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product category and destination. For oils, the minimum is typically one pallet (mixed or single SKU). For preserves, sauces, and cellar products, minimums start at one case per reference. Please contact us directly for a tailored quote — we work with importers, distributors, hotels, and retail buyers across Europe and the UK.
Yes. The majority of our range carries the EU Organic (Euro-leaf) certification, audited and issued by CAAE (Comite Andaluz de Agricultura Ecologica). This covers the entire supply chain from field to bottle. Our refined avocado oil is the exception — while made from the same groves, the refining process means it carries Non-GMO and Vegan certifications rather than EU Organic.
We ship throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom from our warehouse in Madrid. For destinations outside the EU, we work with specialist food logistics partners to ensure temperature-controlled transit. Shipping costs and lead times vary by destination and volume — contact us for a detailed quote including customs documentation support.
Absolutely. We encourage buyers to taste before they commit. We offer a complimentary sample box for qualified trade enquiries — typically including one oil, one preserve, and one sauce or cellar product. Samples ship from Madrid within 48 hours. Use our contact form or email info@wearebio.es with your business details and the products you are interested in.
Cold extraction means the oil is pressed at temperatures below 27°C (the EU legal threshold). Our olive oil is pressed at 24°C, and our avocado oils below 40°C. Lower temperatures preserve the volatile aromatics, polyphenols, and antioxidants that heat would destroy. The result is an oil with more character, more nutrition, and a shorter shelf life — a trade we make gladly.
Our preserves are made with organic fruit, organic agave syrup, lemon juice and apple pectin. We use no refined sugar, no glucose syrup, no fructose concentrates and no artificial sweeteners. Agave syrup provides a lower glycaemic index than cane sugar while allowing the fruit flavour to lead. The result is a preserve with less sweetness than conventional jam but far more fruit character. They pair beautifully with cheese, toast, and charcuterie.
