We Are Bio was born in Madrid
We Are Bio is a Spanish food brand founded in Madrid. Our oils, preserves, sauces and appetisers are made at specialised facilities dedicated to their respective categories.
The product itself is at the heart of our range: its flavour, ingredients, origin and purpose. Each product page provides the key information needed to make a choice, while specifications and applicable certificates are available for the products you are considering.
Products are supplied to order directly from Spain. Availability, lead times and export documentation are confirmed for each destination and order.
What we make
Olive oil, three avocado oils, eight organic preserves, four sauces, olives, artichokes and gift sets — 25 products across six categories.
Olive Oil
Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina — three Spanish Extra Virgin oils, available separately or as a blend, in conventional and organic versions.
Avocado Oil
Three oils, three different roles. Extra Virgin contributes to the flavour, Organic Extra Virgin adds certified organic status, and Refined lets the ingredients take centre stage.
Preserves
Eight organic preserves, from vibrant berries to orange and tomato. Agave syrup gently completes the flavour without overshadowing the product itself.
Sauces
Gazpacho, ketchup and two tomato sauces. Four distinct recipes: chill and serve, complement a dish, begin with a ready-made base, or enjoy a fully developed flavour straight away.
Olives & Artichokes
Chupadedos, Manzanilla, Gazpacha and organic artichoke hearts. Four ready-to-serve products, ranging from a seasoned brine to a delicate vegetable flavour.
Gift Sets
Five gastronomic sets for different occasions: discover the brand, arrange a tasting, delight someone who loves cooking, or bring loved ones together around one table.
Made in Spain
We Are Bio products are made in Spain. Our olive oil is made from Spanish Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina olives; every other category is produced at a facility specialising in that category.
A specific process for every product
Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina are bottled separately or blended; our olive oil is available in conventional and organic versions, with acidity no higher than 0.3%. The avocado oil range comprises Extra Virgin, Organic Extra Virgin and Refined. Preserves, sauces, olives and artichokes are made using processes appropriate to each category.
A specification is available for every product. Certificates and additional documents are provided specifically for the products to which they apply.
Certification you can verify
Our preserves, sauces, artichoke hearts and organic avocado oil are certified under EU Organic rules. The CAEM certificate number and the list of covered products are available for verification.

CAEM — Comité de Agricultura Ecológica de la Comunidad de Madrid
We Are Bio is certified by CAEM, the Committee for Organic Agriculture of the Community of Madrid, under Regulation (EU) 2018/848 for the distribution and export of organic products. Our organic lines are made by certified organic producers in Spain; the producer's control-body code is printed on the label. CAEM audits We Are Bio annually.
Non-GMO
Shown only where documented: the organic lines, where organic rules exclude GMOs, and the avocado oils, where the producer confirms non-GMO status.
Vegan
Shown only where documented — today, the refined avocado oil.
What you need to know
Minimum order quantities depend on the product and destination. Tell us which products and volumes you are considering and we will confirm the applicable wholesale terms. We work with importers, distributors, hotels and retail buyers.
Fourteen of our twenty food product lines are organic: the eight preserves, the four sauces, the artichoke hearts and the organic extra virgin avocado oil. We Are Bio holds the EU Organic certificate ES-ECO-023-MA.724-0061429.2026.001 from CAEM for their distribution and export, and the producers hold their own organic certification. Extra virgin olive oil, the extra virgin and refined avocado oils and the three table-olive lines are conventional. Each product page shows its status.
Yes. Goods ship from Spain directly to the buyer, with transport arranged per shipment. Costs and lead times depend on destination and volume. Contact us for a quote and to confirm the export documentation available for your market.

Our extra virgin olive oil is mechanically extracted, with no solvents; the extra virgin avocado oils are cold-pressed. The refined avocado oil is a refined oil made for cooking.
Organic fruit, organic agave syrup, pectin and citric acid. No refined sugar, glucose syrup, fructose concentrate or artificial sweetener. Sugars per 100 g (38–43 g, from the fruit and the agave) are shown in each preserve's nutrition table. They pair well with cheese, toast and charcuterie.
