The object

The same Málaga coast, the same cold press — but from groves that carry full EU Organic certification from soil to bottle. No synthetic fertiliser ever touched the tree, no chemical ever touched the fruit. The oil is dense, grassy, and slightly more vivid than its sibling: the vegetable conviction of fruit grown the old way.

Origin

Certified organic groves, Axarquía, Málaga. Hand-picked at full ripeness.

Craft

De-stoned and pulped by hand. Cold-pressed below 40°C. Unfiltered. Bottled in dark glass under inert atmosphere to preserve freshness.

Tasting notes

Nose
cut grass, fig leaf, green almond.
Palate
dense, herbaceous, long — avocado concentrated into oil.
Finish
clean, faintly grassy, no bitterness.
