The object
A ketchup that remembers it used to be tomatoes. Made from the same Vegas Altas fruit as our sauces, reduced to half, then rounded with apple, a little vinegar, and a careful hand with the spice. No cane sugar, no corn syrup, no concentrate — and no apology for being slightly less sweet than the industrial kind.

Vegas Altas tomatoes (Extremadura), organic apples from Asturias.
Craft
Tomatoes reduced by half. Apple added for natural sweetness. Spiced with clove, cinnamon, a trace of mustard.
